So-Cal zinesters will converge on the outdoor plaza at The Broad for L.A. Zine Fest, celebrating D.I.Y. ethos and independent publishing. It's a FREE two day event, and we'll be there on SUNDAY with Caracol—but you may need all weekend to take it all in!
Meet the exhibitors to peruse and purchase their works, brimming with everything from politics, personal stories, and photography to fine art, graphic design, and more. There will also be hands-on workshops, a panel discussion, and of course, the museum’s art-filled galleries.
L.A. Zine Fest is presented in conjunction with The Broad’s collection exhibition, Joseph Beuys: In Defense of Nature, and it's a celebration of all the activists, punks, LGBTQ+ folks, poets, and anyone with access to a photocopier, Risograph machine, or home office printer who make and circulate of art! Hope to see you there!
Saturday and Sunday, March 1-2, 11am -5pm
East West Bank Plaza @ The Broad, 221 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012
