Welcome to Reynolds Flats, an inner city project nestled in the armpit of Burnt Reynolds, New Jenkem City U.S.A. The insane strip that started out in Vice Magazine has emerged as a twisted full length comic. Featuring a rogue’s gallery of street denizens, “Hawd Tales” depicts an urban landscape that runs the gamut from the absurd to the heart breaking (but mostly, it’s hilarious).
